Tourism in the Arctic can become a driver for creating new jobs, developing small and medium-sized businesses, remote Arctic territories, a source of significant revenues to the federal and regional budgets. To do this, it is necessary to solve a number of problems - to ensure a balance between the openness of the Arctic territory for foreign tourists and the interests of national security, transport accessibility, infrastructure development, and the creation and promotion of tourist and recreational clusters.
