Three Deputy Heads of Minvostokrazvitiya have been appointed by Mikhail Mishustin
Last weekend, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a decree on the appointment of three new Deputy Ministers for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic. Hajimagomed Guseinov, Anatoly Bobrakov and Marat Shamyunov obtained these positions.
The press service of the Ministry has announced that Hajimagomed Guseinov became the first deputy minister. He will supervise preferential regimes, construction and work on attracting investment to the Far Eastern Federal District. Previously he worked in the department of fiscal policy of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, and also served as Deputy Chairman of Dagestan government.
Anatoly Bobrakov will also be engaged in attracting investors. In addition, he will lead the digitalization of the Far Eastern economy. Previously he worked in the Ministry of Property Relations of Yakutia and served as a private lawyer. After that, he began building a career at the Arctic Development Fund.
Marat Shamyunov previously worked in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. He will be in charge of social issues in the Far East, aswell as regional budget policy. He will also monitor the implementation of state programs and national projects.
