Production of indigenious peoples may be legalized in order to increase its cost
Vadim Chubarov, Vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (RF CCI), believes that the produce of indigenious minorities should be legalized in order to increase its cost and value. According to him, it is necessary either to establish a separate form of economic entity, or to adapt already existing forms in accordance with the Arctic peculiarities.
“We propose to consider either creating independent forms of economis entity in form of representatives of indigenous minorities that are engaged in this type of economic activity, or to adapt already existing forms so that all the Arctic produce entered the legal turnover”, expressed his opinion Mr Chubarov.
According to him, legalized produce will be sold at a much higher price, because its quality will be officially documented. “Everyone will evaluate the quality of such products”, added he.
Let us remind that indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East include 19 nationalities and number 102 thousand people.
