Accreditation

The registered participants of the VII International Forum "Arctic: Today and the Future" can receive their badges at the accreditation center (registration desks H86 - H109) in the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre, pavilion H at 64/1 Peterburgskoye sh. Entrance to the pavilion can be recognized by the large facade banners of the event.

    Working hours of the Accreditation Center:

  • December 3, 2017: 16:00 – 18:00
  • December 4, 2017: 08:00 – 18:00
  • December 5, 2017: 09:00 – 15:30

The access to the Forum and its special events is possible only with a badge of the relevant category.

In order to avoid standing in line at the Accreditation Center, we kindly ask, if possible, to plan ahead of time your arrival to the Forum on December 4 and 5, and receiving accreditation packages.

    The participant will get the badge after fulfilling the following mandatory requirements:

  • The participant has filled in all the information requested in his / her personal web office (passport data and other information about the participant);
  • The participant has uploaded a photo for the badge in the personal web office.

You may get the badge personally by showing your passport and electronic ticket. Your electronic ticket may be printed from the personal web office. Please be aware that your electronic ticket does no replace an identity document.

Please note that the location of the check-in counter depends on your participation package.

Issuance of badges by proxy

To obtain accreditation badges and packages of participants who are employees of one organization, the authorized person must have a passport and a power of attorney on behalf of a legal entity.

The template of the power of attorney is available in the member's personal web office.

Issuance of accounting documents (services acceptance certificate, invoice) will be organized at the information desk in the Lounge zone of the event on December 4 (from 9.00 to 18.00), on December 5 (from 9.00 to 16.00).
