  1. All materials, including printed publications, TV and radio materials, publications on the Internet, which use official information received from the Forum's organizers or on Forum venues, should contain an explicit reference to the Forum in the following versions:
  • VII International Forum «Arctic: Today and the Future»,
  • as well as the reference to IPO "Association of Polar Explorers" as the organizer of the Forum.
  1. Any information used in the media received from Forum participants on the forum venue (interviews, comments, expert opinions, etc.) should include a reference to the Forum.
  2. Any published photos and videos taken at the Forum venue should contain a reference to the Forum in the signature or annotation.
  3. When placing announcements, press releases, post-releases and other information materials received from the organizers of the Forum, it is necessary to provide a link to the official website of the Forum http://www.forumarctic.com .
  4. Mass media that publish, post on the Internet and broadcast the information about the Forum are obliged to ensure its authenticity.
  5. All Media Q&A sessions are organized through the press service of the Forum. Media Q&A session is carried out on an area specially equipped for this purpose, against the press-wall of the event or in another place agreed by the press service of the Forum.
  6. The Organizing Committee of the Forum has the right to demand presentation of an editorial certificate or other document certifying the journalist's authority.
  7. The organizers reserve the right to use the text of articles, photos and video materials received or created by media representatives during the preparation or holding of the Forum events, with reference to the authors of these materials and the source.
  8. The organizers reserve the right to refuse accreditation of the media in the following cases: the media do not publish information on issues relevant to the subject matter of the forum; the number of accredited journalists exceeds the established quota; the documents submitted for accreditation contain untrue information.
