Section description
One of the goals of transport infrastructure development in the Russian Arctic – formation of fundamental net of auto and rail road in the AZRF. Incompleteness of key transport projects (Northern Latitudinal Railway, Belkomur, Murmansk Transportation Hub), lack of alternative ways of transport connection with ports of Arctic seas hinder business development. It is planned to discuss building projects of auto and rail road, determine its place in the development of regional fundamental zones and usage of the NSR.
