Section description
It is impossible to ensure energy demands of the Arctic regions by means of large industrial electricity plants. Development of small suballocated energetic is the only way. Among the main tasks of the power sector development is the rapid development of nuclear, coal, renewable and small-scale power through designing of Russian technologies and localization of equipment producing. Taking the named direction into consideration, discussion of possibilities and limits of small power projects will take place.
