Section description
Projects of oil and gas production in the Arctic are an important condition and a region development driver. At the present time key companies having ground on the continental shelf – Gazprom and Rosneft - rejected the plan of dynamic production because of untoward conditions. The crucial direction, under the condition of sanctions, is import phase-out in sphere of foreign equipment necessary for strategic projects.
In the framework of the panel session issues of oil and gas projects stimulation, infrastructure development, technologies localization and new partners search will be discussed.
Topics for discussion
- Formation of attractive tax and infrastructure conditions for new deposits development stimulation;
- International cooperation in time of huge projects implementation under condition of sanctions;
