Section description
Distinguishing feature of the Russian Arctic zone development lies in the fact that, on the hand, it is necessary to implement huge infrastructure projects and to modernize social sphere and, on the other hand, Arctic doesn’t have high capital-raising potential. That is why it is very important to create positive institutional environment for private-public partnership, which is impossible without statutory regulation advancement and implementation state politics aimed at private-public projects support in the Arctic zone.
The Panel session will be dedicates to possibilities of institutional environment development and prospects of usage of PPP mechanisms in the Arctic zone.

- Large PPP projects and issues of business and authorities partnership;
