Information about report: Directions of development of regional air transportation

Section description

Over the years of economic reforms number of acting Russian airports fell by more than one half. A lot of Russian regions, especially in the High North, lost their net of airdromes of local airlines. Considering transport isolation in sphere of surface transport and limited navigation by water, a lot of Arctic regions depend on flight connection. During the section it is planned to discuss issues of refilling of air transport force, construction of strips and air post infrastructure, features of Arctic air carriage tariff regulation.

• Strategy of air transportation development in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation;
• Refilling of parks of aircrafts and helicopters adapted to the Arctic conditions;
• Formation of fair tariff policy in sphere of air transportation through Arctic regions;
