Section description
Rich deposits of nickel, cooper, uranium, goal and diamonds and other mineral resources are localized in the Russian Arctic. Despite the huge number of developed deposits, there are almost no Arctic regions in the Rosnedra 2016 review.
It is planned to discuss topical issues of industrial activity and prospects of investments attraction to the input intensive projects aimed at Arctic deposits development.
Topics for discussion
- Promising projects of field development (coal, precious and rare metals);
- Estimation of mineral reserves of the Arctic zone;
- Safety in time of mineral production on acting and being designed mines.
